Needed aome on the phone advice about a jammed lock, and he recommended a few fluids i could try (silicon grease being the one readily available) then explained the best way to loosen it with my key. Amazing advice from this place!

David was very friendly and flexible when we told him we wanted our new home's locks changed but weren't sure what time we'd get possession of it. He was able to be at our house two hours after we officially had the keys, and he got the locks changed quickly and for a good price. It was such a positive experience that I contacted him again a couple of days later when we managed to lock ourselves out of our shed during the moving process.
